Flynn

When Flynn's former owner decided he didn't have time for him anymore, he dumped him and BARC dog Camellia at a panhandle shelter. The shelter explained that due to overcrowding, Flynn and Cammie would likely have to be put to sleep and their former owner signed their lives away without a care. Not a very good way to treat a friend, is it?

Fortunately, Flynn and Camellia are now tucked safely in the BARC program. Flynn is estimated to be about eight years old and Cammie is about 5-7 years old. They are currently receiving all medical treatments and will be available for adoption within the next month. Please consider opening your heart (and your home) to one or both of these beautiful animals. Flynn is being fostered by Frank and Norma in Tallahassee.

8/31 Update from foster home: Flynn is a great dog and a typical velcro Boxer who follows his foster parents from room to room, always wanting to be where they are. He is good with dogs and kitties. He is a laid back guy and would make a loyal and loving companion for a lucky new person/family. Senior Boxers are one of the world's best kept secrets! Please visit our learning section link for more info on how great a relationship this can be and give Flynn a chance to show you what an awesome guy he is!

Flynn was adopted by his foster family! [Back]
