Lola a beautiful 3-5 year old fawn female. She is an extremely lovable, calm, little bundle of “boxer”! She was surrendered by her owners to a local shelter, and all she craves is love. She gives tons of kisses and wiggles all around when you talk to her and pet her. Her face is irresistible, as it is quite wrinkly and smushy. Moreover, she creates the cutest facial expressions and takes any attention she can get!
Lola is extremely well-behaved during all of her daily activities. She’s almost too good to be true! She walks well on her leash; is housebroken (never had an accident in the house); crate trained; and has no interest in chewing household items. It even took her awhile to start picking up and playing with her foster brother’s toys! Overall, Lola’s hobbies include napping, eating, and playing with her foster brother, Winston. Winston has a lot more energy than Lola does; therefore, she takes frequent breaks to rest while playing with him.
Lola is really petite, weighing around 40 lbs. Right now, she is in the process of gaining a little bit of weight and is filling out nicely. Lola was treated for heartworms and spayed prior to being turned over to BARC for placement, and she will be available for adoption by the end of the month. Lola is currently being fostered by Lisa and Josh in Jacksonville and would do very well in a home where she’d get lots of attention from her owner(s).
Boxer kisses to Sara Coppage of Jacksonville for sponsoring Lola! [Back]
